The Fuqua School of Business will be available for set up of exhibits on:
Exhibit set up personnel are asked to check in with the ASHE conference registration desk to gain access to their exhibit materials. Those arriving with their exhibits are asked to check in at the registration desk before proceeding to the exhibit area. Upon completion of move in, exhibitors are asked to return all shipping materials to the holding area.
Exhibitors may begin breaking down and packing their exhibits for Move Out on Wednesday June 25 between 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Those exhibitors shipping their goods back to origin are asked to have their packages returned to the holding area, suitably packaged and labeled for transport. Exhibitors are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements to and from the Fuqua School of Business. All arrangements for transportation out of the Fuqua School of Business should be set for Thursday June 26.

All exhibit staff must be registered no later than Friday June 6. Individuals can register themselves online.
Each person assigned to staff an exhibit is required to be registered separately as an exhibitor or as a full attendee. Exhibition space registration does not include the registration of exhibit staff. This individual registration provides the exhibitor with: a name badge, a copy of the registrants package, access to all social functions, lunches, break food and social receptions. Please note that an exhibitor registration does not include access to any of the scientific meetings.
Exhibitors are solely responsible for arrangements with a shipping/courier company of their own selection. All advance shipments may be received at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business between Thursday June 19 & Friday June 20. All pieces should be clearly marked as for the ASHE Health Economics Conference, and should show the number of pieces. At the time of breakdown exhibitors will be responsible for the return of all pieces to the holding room. Exhibitors will be responsible to make their own shipping arrangements for pick up at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business on Thursday June 26. All pieces should be properly labeled with bills of lading and include the total number of pieces.
